The content of the site is informational. Prices, turnaround, deposits, pickup or shipping and any warranty are to be confirmed; nothing on this site is a priced offer.
The 3D preview
The 3D view of the name ring is an approximate concept for exploring your name. It is not a quote, not an accepted order and not an approved final design. The size, thickness and look of a finished piece may differ.
Messages and forms
Opening WhatsApp or copying a message from the site does not mean the message was sent. Sending a photo or a message does not create a commitment to work or to a price. The form on the site is a test for now and sends nothing.
Photographs
Photos labelled “reference piece” are stock photographs and do not show the shop's work or customers' pieces. The “Valentina” ring is an example made with the site's 3D preview; it is not a delivered piece.
Ownership of content
The logo, texts and the shop's 3D designs belong to TRONCOSO JEWELRY & REPAIR LLC or their authors. Stock photographs are used under their licences.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, for information only. To the extent the law allows, TRONCOSO JEWELRY & REPAIR LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the 3D preview, or from the inability to use them. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
