Can I send a photo before coming in?
Yes. Send us a close-up photo of the piece in daylight and we'll tell you what can be done.
What pieces do you repair?
Bring chains, rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants and medals, or another piece. The specific techniques for each repair are to be confirmed.
Do you make name rings?
Yes. On the name rings page you type the name and see it in 3D right away, with classic or fine lettering and an underline with a heart if you want.
Is the 3D view the final ring?
No. It's an approximate view to explore your name; it is not a quote or an order.
Are the photos on the site the shop's work?
No. They are photos of reference pieces. The “Valentina” ring is a 3D example, not a delivered piece.
